Amy Adams had two special guests join her on the red carpet for the world premiere of her upcoming movie, “Nightbitch.”
The 50-year-old actor smiled and posed for pictures at the Toronto International Film Festival Sept. 7 in between her husband and actor Darren Le Gallo and their 14-year-old daughter, Aviana, marking a rare public appearance for the teenager.
Adams wore a navy blue, printed off-the-shoulder gown while Aviana looked like her mom’s twin in a black dress.
Proud husband and dad Le Gallo matched his daughter in an all-black ensemble.

The trio turned the Canadian film festival into a family affair ahead of the screening for Adams’ new movie, which tells the story of a stay-at-home mom who believes she is turning into a dog. The movie, based on the 2021 novel of the same name by Rachel Yoder, is an allegory about the challenges and primal nature of motherhood.
Adams and Le Gallo, who have been married since 2015, don’t make many red carpet appearances with their daughter. But, they do mention her in interviews and post about her on social media from time to time.
At TIFF, Adams spoke to People about bringing Aviana to the premiere and showing the movie to her.
“Parts of it I’m excited to share with her, being that it’s her mom I’m gonna be a little bit more protective of certain aspects of the filmmaking,” she said.
Adams added, “I think what I want her to know about my experience of motherhood is how much she’s enriched my life and made me the woman that I am today. I tell her that all the time, but it’s true, and I’m glad that she’s here tonight to get to celebrate with me.”
Although Adams hasn’t posted on Instagram in years, her husband uploads family photos occasionally. In May, Le Gallo shared a picture of Aviana enjoying a day at the beach in Los Angeles in honor of her 14th birthday.
“Happy Birthday to my 14yr old — Where does the time go?” he asked. “I’m so very proud of you. What a gift it is to watch you grow into the young woman you’re becoming.”
He added the hashtag “grateful” to the end of his caption.
Celebrity friends wished Aviana a happy birthday, too.
Adams’ “Arrival” co-star Jeremy Renner commented, “Wow she’s all grown up. Happy Birthday.”
Octavia Spencer said, “14!!!! Happy birthday, beautiful.”
Last year, Le Gallo celebrated Aviana’s 13th birthday with another sweet tribute on Instagram.
He uploaded an adorable photo that showed Aviana cuddling a dog.
“Happy Birthday to my girl,” he cheered in the caption. “Cannot believe you’re a teenager!! So proud of you.”
