Delta Galil names Yaniv Benedek as CFO

Delta Galil Industries, a manufacturer and marketer of intimate, athletic, loungewear, and denim clothes, has named Yaniv Benedek as its chief financial officer (CFO) effective 9th October 2024. According to a corporate release, Benedek, who joined the company in 2011, was most recently the CFO of Delta Israel Brands.

“Yaniv’s financial and management experience and success in driving the growth of our Delta Israel Brands business have prepared him exceedingly well for the role of CFO of Delta Galil Industries,” said Isaac Dabah, CEO of Delta Galil Industries.

Benedek, the company claimed, brings global experience in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business development, and the launch of new business initiatives to his new job.

He began working with Delta Galil as an accountant in 2011 and has since held various critical positions, including vice president of worldwide taxation and company secretary. He was appointed CFO of Delta Israel Brands in 2021, when the company went public, to manage its financial system, spearhead corporate development, maintain investor relations, and coordinate activities with the board of directors.
