Does Clemson play today? Tigers’ Week 3 college football schedule

After a disappointing loss to Georgia in Week 1, Clemson football rebounded in its home opener against Appalachian State.

Tigers quarterback Cade Klubnik set a career high in passing yards and touchdowns as Clemson’s offense finally erupted. The Tigers’ record-setting performance helped them rise in the polls, landing at No. 20 in the coaches poll and No. 22 in the AP poll.

The open week comes at a perfect time, too, as Clemson deals with injuries to some key players. Tigers coach Dabo Swinney said defensive lineman Peter Woods and wide receiver Tyler Brown are “day to day” after both were injured against the Mountaineers. Woods was injured on a cut block, and Brown rolled an ankle.
