Ortego & Cameno advises on the acquisition of a relevant stake in “Excavasions I Serveis Paylu”

Domingo Laredo has acquired a relevant participation of the company “Excavasions I Serveis Paylu” (now, “Dlaredo Catalunya”), which represents a clear commitment to growth and expansion in Catalonia.

As a result of the merger, the companies will be able to combine their experience, knowledge and resources, providing their clients with greater specialization and resources.

Ortego & Cameno has advised Domingo Laredo Group with a team formed by partner Luis Ortego Castañeda, Corporate and M&A lawyer Manuel Sánchez Huerta and junior lawyer Nagore Regil Barrigón. The corresponding due diligence was also carried out by the tax team led by Manuel Martínez together with the junior lawyer Álvaro Arribas.
