Holland & Knight Advises Aeyon on Acquisition by CGI Federal

Holland & Knight advised Aeyon LLC in connection with its acquisition by CGI Federal Inc., a subsidiary of CGI Inc. (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A), one of the largest global independent information technology (IT) and business consulting services firms. The sale closed on September 13.

Based in Tysons, Virginia, Aeyon is a leader in digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, specializing in data management, analytics and intelligent automation for the U.S. federal government and a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.

The strategic acquisition of Aeyon will enhance CGI Federal’s offerings and strengthen its relationships with key national security and civilian agency clients, which will include the Office of the Secretary of Defense, various branches of the U.S. military, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
