American-French Star Timothée Chalamet Captivates Fans With His Vintage Fashion Choices While Filming His Latest Movie Marty Supreme In California

Right now, Timothée Chalamet is undeniably one of the hottest names in Hollywood, juggling a packed schedule with several new projects.

But recently, he surprised fans when he stepped out looking quite different from his usual self.

On Monday, the American-French actor donned a pair of glasses and a mustache while filming his latest movie alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, making him almost unrecognizable!

A Retro Vibe

In a throwback to the ’70s, Timothée was dressed in flared trousers and had his dark hair slicked back, channeling a vintage look while filming scenes for the new A24 project.

The LaGuardia High School graduate seemed to be in great spirits as he immersed himself in his character for this intriguing new film.

Who’s the Special Someone?

As if being one of the most sought-after actors isn’t enough, Timothée is also dating one of the most famous young women in the world.

Any guesses? That’s right—it’s Kylie Jenner!

The couple’s relationship has sparked plenty of interest, but Kylie has reportedly wanted to keep their romance more private.

The Project Details

Currently, Timothée is hard at work on a film titled Marty Supreme, which focuses on the life of a professional ping pong player, drawing inspiration from the legendary Marty Reisman.

While the specific plot details remain under wraps, A24 gave a hint back in July by posting an image of a table tennis ball, generating excitement among fans.

In addition to Marty Supreme, Timothée is also involved in filming a Bob Dylan documentary called A Complete Unknown.

This film takes a fictionalized approach, inspired by Reisman’s life, who passed away in 2012 at the age of 82.

The script is penned by Josh Safdie and Ronald Bronstein, who are also producing alongside Eli Bush and Anthony Katagas.

The Legacy of Marty Reisman

Marty Reisman was a ping pong icon, achieving numerous accolades throughout his career.

He won the U.S. Men’s singles championship in 1958 and 1960 and claimed the title of U.S. hardbat champion in 1997.

Over his lifetime, he earned five bronze medals at the World Table Tennis Championships and amassed 22 major titles from 1946 to 2002, including victories at the United States Opens and the British Open.

Reisman also made history as the oldest player to win an open national competition in a racket sport, triumphing at the 1997 United States National Hardbat Championship at the age of 67.

Known for his flamboyant style, he often sported Borsalino fedoras and Panama hats, making him a standout both on and off the table.

A Rising Star

Timothée Chalamet catapulted to fame with his role in the 2017 coming-of-age film Call Me by Your Name.

At just 21, he became one of the youngest actors to receive an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.

Since then, he has dazzled audiences in films like Greta Gerwig’s Lady Bird (2017) and Little Women (2019), and even appeared in Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch (2021).

The young talent solidified his status as a franchise superstar by starring in two highly ambitious adaptations of the iconic Dune series, which have collectively grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide.

What Lies Ahead?

As Timothée continues to balance his flourishing career and his relationship with Kylie Jenner, fans are eagerly anticipating what he will take on next.

With his incredible talent and charisma, one can only imagine the exciting projects that lie ahead for this rising star!
