Jason Kaufman Joins Lincoln International as Managing Director

Lincoln International has announced the appointment of Jason Kaufman as Managing Director according to a news release yesterday. Kaufman brings over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, specializing in defense technology, cybersecurity, government services, and AI/ML. His role will focus on providing advisory services to corporations and private equity firms, particularly in sectors such as space and geospatial technology, intelligence operations, and digital IT modernization.

Prior to Lincoln, Kaufman served as President and Head of M&A Advisory at The Chertoff Group, where he led deals valued at over $8 billion. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Kaufman’s extensive expertise is expected to enhance Lincoln International’s capabilities in delivering tailored solutions to clients across a range of industries.
