Dev, Abhijit Sen, and Atanu Roy Chowdhury’s film pushed till March

Actor Dev, director Abhijit Sen, and producer Atanu Roy Chowdhury made a hit team that delivered blockbusters like Tonic, Projapati, and Pradhan. Now, the film Pratiksha, starring Dev and Mithun Chakraborty, will be made by this team together. But the audience will have to wait for it because the shooting got postponed due to extreme cold weather in London.  

The film was announced in August. Tasnia Farin will play the lead, alongside Dev. The shooting was supposed to start on November 19 in London. But London will be sheer cold at that time. Hence the shooting was postponed.  

The shooting will start next March. Unlike the last three years, 2024 will not have a Dev-Abhijit-Atanu movie release on Christmas Day. Meanwhile, Dev’s Khadaan will be released this year’s Christmas. The teaser of the film that was dropped in August hinted that the actor would make a comeback as an action hero. The film stars Dev and Jisshu U Sengupta.
