Shares of Airtel, Sun Pharma, Adani Power, IOC, Ambuja, PNB, Suzlon, Tata Tech, BHEL and RailTel will be in focus as the companies will announce their earnings today.

IDFC First Bank
IDFC First Bank reported a 73% drop in its September quarter standalone net profit at Rs 201 crore versus Rs 751 crore reported by it in the year ago period.

REC
State-run REC reported a 6.5% rise in its September quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 4,038 crore versus Rs 3,790 crore reported by it in the year ago period.

India’s second largest private lender ICICI Bank reported a 14.5% rise in its September quarter standalone net profit at Rs 11,746 crore versus Rs 10,261 crore reported by it in the year ago period.

YES Bank
YES Bank reported a 145% jump in its September quarter standalone net profit at Rs 553 crore versus Rs 225.21 crore reported by it in the year ago period.

Titagarh Rail
Titagarh Rail reported a net profit of Rs 80.7 crore in the September crore. Revenue during the same period stood at Rs 1,057 crore.

Sky Gold
The Board of Sky Gold approved a bonus issue of shares in the proportion of 9:1, which means investors will get 9 additional shares for every share they hold in the company.

BPCL
BPCL has entered into a joint venture agreement with Oil India for developing city gas distribution (CGD) in Arunachal Pradesh.

ITD Cementation
Adani Group is looking to acquire close to 73% stake in ITD Cementation India for an estimated Rs 5,759 crore ($685 million), a move that will give the Gautam Adani-led conglomerate in-house engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and civil engineering capabilities.

Suven Pharma received NCLT approval for the merger of Casper Pharma with the company.

Macrotech Developers
Macrotech Developers reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 422 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 which jumped by 98% over the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

DLF
DLF reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,381 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 versus Rs 623 crore reported by the company in the year ago period.
