Patrick Mahomes, Dak Prescott and Victor Wembanyama among best-dressed sports stars for Halloween

Dozens of stars from the sports world dressed to the nines for Halloween including an NFL quarterback becoming a scarecrow, an NBA star surprising everyone as a Japanese villain and a golfer trying to be Travis Kelce. 

Also taking part in the spooky-day festivities were Angel Reese, Olivia Dunne, and Jets star Quincy Williams all dressing up as comic-book characters. 

Maybe the most shocking costumes came from the NFL world with Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert and Bill Belichick doing tandem costumes with their girlfriends. 

A slew of games took place on Thursday night, with some showing up to the rink, court, or gridiron in their Halloween uniform. 

Here are the Halloween highlights from the sports world.

Prescott got in the Halloween spirit by dressing up as a scarecrow with girlfriend Sarah Ramos and their daughter, MJ, who was born in February. 

It was Prescott’s first Halloween as a dad, although it is unclear who went with the fall theme. 

Unlike a few others wearing scarecrow costumes, Prescott’s version was not inspired by the ‘Wizard of Oz.’

Entering her villain era was the Chicago Sky star, who dressed up in all green to become the notorious Batman villain Poison Ivy. 

The villain whose real name is Pamela Lillian Isley is one of Bruce Wayne’s longest-standing adversaries, with the most-famous version being played by Uma Thurman on the big screen. 

Reese attended an Usher concert in her green get-up.

Continuing with the costumes hiding his appearance for Halloween after last year’s Slender Man, Wembanyama dressed as anime villain No Face. 

No Face is a character from the movie ‘Spirited Away’ who hopes to gain approval from the other characters by following them around. 

Even without seeing the anime, Wembanyama’s costume is frightening.

Here’s a trio of European golfers taking inspiration from three different worlds. 

Lowry is Travis Kelce, with pants, cleats, and a football. McIlroy is Mario, and Donald is in a Chicago Cubs jersey. 

Kelce himself has not reacted to Lowry choosing him for his yearly costume.

Goedert’s core strength must be amazing to balance his girlfriend, Aria Meyer, in a baby carrier. 

The inspiration is from the movie ‘The Hangover’ with Goedert taking the role of Zach Galifianakis, and Meyer being the baby he is carrying. 

The outfits and attitudes from both are on point.

Belichick is a fisherman, who caught the mermaid, Hudson, with the couple taking photos on the beach.

Despite the 49-year difference between the pair, it looks like they’re having fun.

Is it Joaquin Phoenix? Or Heath Ledger’s version? Either way, New York Jets linebacker Quincy Williams drew plenty of eyes entering MetLife Stadium on Thursday. 

Before New York’s victory over the Houston Texans, Williams got the first laugh in, dressing up as Batman villain The Joker. 

Although it does not resemble Arthur Fleck completely, the commitment to the bit is outstanding. 

Social-media sensation and gymnast Olivia Dunne stunned on Halloween as Wonder Woman

It did not take long for the internet to take notice of Dunne’s Halloween costume, dressing up as Wonder Woman. 

Even Gal Gadot would be proud of how identical Dunne’s costume was for Halloween. 

Whether her boyfriend and Pittsburgh also entered the DC Universe as Superman is unknown.
