Chennai Rainbow Film Festival (CRFF) invites submissions to screen LGBTQIA+ themed short-films, documentaries and feature-length films for our upcoming 4th edition of Chennai Rainbow Film Festival.

Your entries will be reviewed by a panel and you will be notified about your selection accordingly. On the final day of the Film Festival, the panel would announce the winners under each category,

This year’s film festival has a theme titled ‘Rainbow Reels’ which focuses on current trends and issues of LGBTQAI+, this includes the influence of social media, masculine stereotypes, genderqueer, same-sex love and relationships, dating apps, extortion and bullying, legal and advocacy, lifestyle and bromance, mental health.

Chennai Rainbow Film Festival (CRFF) is a premiere Queer film festival in India since 2013 

It received more than 5000 films from around the world and screened nearly 300 films in its last three editions. Chennai Rainbow Film Festival (CRFF) aims to provide a platform for screening the works of established and emerging film makers who portray lives and issues of LGBTQIA+ people.
