Davido’s logistics manager, Hammmed Akinleye Yemi also known as Yemight, has opened up about his remarkable journey in the music industry and the key role he plays in coordinating major events for one of Africa’s biggest music icons.

Yemight has built a reputation as a seasoned logistics professional, known for executing sold-out concerts and seamless global tours.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, his analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail have made him an invaluable asset in managing complex events and ensuring every show is a success.

Yemight’s work with Davido includes orchestrating some of the artist’s most notable performances, from the Lagos Concerts in 2018, 2021, and 2023, to two shows at London’s iconic O2 Arena in 2022 and 2024.

He also led the logistics for the “Timeless” US Tour in 2023, which spanned four major cities, and the Accor Arena concert in France in 2024.

Beyond his work with Davido, Yemight has collaborated with other top artists such as Mayorkun, Peruzzi, Kai Cenat, Druski, and Skibii, underscoring his versatility and experience in handling events for a range of high-profile performers.
