Comprehensive Sensor Integration: Akashteer offers “bottoms-up” fusion of air defence sensors, harmonising data from Army Air Defence (AAD) and Indian Air Force (IAF) land-based systems. Phased Induction and Future Outlook

The phased induction of Akashteer is currently in progress, marking a significant stride in fortifying air defence. Out of the 455 systems planned, 107 have already been deployed, with 105 more set to be operational by March 2025. The remaining systems will be delivered by March 2027, ensuring comprehensive coverage and bolstering India’s defence posture.
