The new Skoda Superb is expected to make its India debut at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo in January 2025.

The upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo is set to host a number of carmakers and two-wheeler makers. They are set to launch or unveil new products and one of the expected models to be showcased will be the new Skoda Superb. As per reports, the new Skoda Superb will be showcased at the upcoming Expo, alongside the new Kodiaq and Octavia RS.

New Skoda Superb — What to expect?

The new Skoda Superb, in its fourth generation, will feature a much sharper design. The car is now sportier while still featuring a familiar Skoda design. The overall design of the new Skoda Superb is more muscular, while still being classy. There are updates to the interior as well.

Inside, the fourth-generation Skoda Superb gets the smart dial, which can be customised by the user for various functions. There is a 13-inch infotainment system as well that incorporates some functionalities of the car, while physical buttons take care of certain features.

New Skoda Superb — Engine specifications and sales

The new Skoda Superb will be powered by multiple engine choices, however, for India, we expect the carmaker to offer it with a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of 260bhp with the help of a DSG gearbox. The new Skoda Superb will be brought to India as CBUs and the existing models are on sale for a heavy discount.

When launched, the Skoda Superb will compete with the new Toyota Camry, which was launched at Rs 48 lakh ex-showroom. The other vehicle the new Superb will compete with will be the BYD Seal.
