Country music star Pam Tillis coming to the Walker Theatre

Calling all country music lovers! Get ready to hear award-winning musician, Pam Tillis, at the Walker Theatre this weekend!

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – County music enthusiast can stay warm and entertained this weekend with a special acoustic performance from the award-winning Pam Tillis.

Coming to the Walker Theatre on January 11, Pam Tillis is bringing fan favorite hits like “Memphis” and “Shake the Sugar Tree” in an all acoustic performance. Tillis will also be performing alongside two talented women and they plan to make a lot of noise with only their guitars and voices.

Pam Tillis continues to carry on her family tradition as a traveling troubadour and storyteller which helped her join the highly acclaimed Grand Ole Opry stage in the heartland of country music, Nashville.

She says what inspires her is seeing how storytelling brings smiles to people as they sing along, making music timeless.

This weekend, Tillis says she anticipates people to hear songs, stories, and to see human connection during this new year and age of technology. “Nothing can replace being in a room together,” said Tillis, “Just being real and talking to people and being together.”
