Manisha Koirala, who was loved for her debut web series Heeramandi, was asked the hot question, and her response to it was as epic as the film itself.

Heeramandi marked Manisha Koirala’s acting comeback. While many struggle to make a comeback, hers was touted powerful thanks to the role and her own performance. In the same interview, Manisha expressed her gratitude to SLB who believed in her at a time when she struggled with self-confidence. The lack of confidence came with working post cancer treatment. Being gifted with new life comes with challenges, and she was not sure how much of it she could withstand. But, we have a masterpiece at hand.

Manisha Koirala’s next project?

The actress has not yet signed anything since Heeramandi and is taking some time. She hinted at getting offers which were not challenging her, as Manisha pleaded the makers to give her something that comes close to Heeramandi or tops it. She doesn’t wish to work on projects that do not challenge her as an actor.

Heeramandi, also starring Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chaddha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Sharmin Sehgall in the lead roles, is now out on Netflix. A second season of the series is touted to be in the works.
