Bajaj Healthcare secures exclusive rights for Magtein® in India from Threotech LLC

Bajaj Healthcare Limited has announced that it has received exclusive rights for the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of the finished formulation of Magnesium L Threonate (Magtein®) in India. This agreement has been established with Threotech LLC, the rights holder of the innovative product.

Under the agreement, Bajaj Healthcare will also have the authority to enter into marketing collaborations with leading pharmaceutical firms in India, thereby expanding its reach in the domestic market. The company already supplies the API Magnesium L Threonate (Magtein®) to Threotech LLC in the United States under an exclusive arrangement. The Magtein® brand has achieved a sales value of approximately USD 438 million in the U.S.
