From Tata Harrier EV to Nexon EV Bandipur Edition, Everything Tata Showcased at Auto Expo 2025

The EV revolution in India is flying in full swing and it will not be wrong that we have some of the best brands in India leading the EV segment. The Indian government started an initiative with the FAME scheme a decade ago wherein the EVs were planned to launch in a more affordable and accessible way. As per the report, over 6 lakh e2Ws and e3Ws have been sold under the PM E-Drive scheme in 2024. The report brings us to one of the leading companies in the EV segment: Tata Motors.

Tata Motors has a whopping 67% market share in the 4-wheeler EV with vehicles like the Nexon EV Tigor EV and more. The brand recently unveiled several EV vehicles at Auto Expo 2025 including Tata Sierra EV, Tata Harrier EV, Tata Safari EV, Tata Nexon Bandipur Editions, and more. The company seems to crack the Indian EV market aiming to control the whole EV ecosystem.

The list shows how Tata is a leading brand in the EV segment with the company having a separate lithium-ion giga-factory in Gujarat named Agratas. Agratas is Tata’s battery manufacturing arm.

Let’s delve into what Tata unveiled at Auto Expo 2025:

Tata Sierra EV:

Tata unveiled one of the much-awaited EV vehicle: the Tata Sierra EV with futuristic design. The company released Sierra with ICE Concepts with a LED light strips and newly designed bumper. The Tata Sierra is equipped with dual-tone theme, four-spoke steering wheel, vertical infotainment system, and many other enhancing features. Additionally, the brand has added ventilated seats and wireless charging to the Tata Sierra EV.

Tata Harrier EV:

Tata unveiled the Harrier EV at Auto Expo which will come with a dual-motor setup. The vehicle is set to feature an all-wheel-drive (AWD) drivetrain. The Harrier EV is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS suite, all-LED lighting, and ventilated front seats. Additionally, it comes with iRA-connected car technology.

Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, and Nexon EV Bandipur Editions

Tata also released three more EVs dubbed as Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, and Nexon EV Bandipur Editions at the ongoing Auto Expo. All three EV vehicles come with Bandipur Bronze exterior paint along with a Khaki brown seat upholstery. The company has launched the Bandipur Edition dedicating the vehicle to the wildlife of the national park in Karnataka.

Tata Harrier Stealth Edition EV

The Motors also revealed the Stealth Edition of the Tata Harrier and Tata Safari. It is a black matte edition.
