Akshay Kumar Shares Fitness Secrets At Sky Force Promotion

Akshay Kumar has been actively promoting his next action military drama, Sky Force. The actor has been known for his incredible fitness and physique. That’s why he seemed so convincing as a wing commander in the Indian Air Force in the trailer of Sky Force. 

At one of the promotional events, Akshay Kumar shared a few non-negotiable health hacks that help him stay in shape even at 57. Read on to know more about Aksya Kumar’s fitness.

On January 20, during a session of HT City’s Stars In the City, Akshay Kumar said, “Subah jaldi utho, aur raat ko jaldi so jaao. 6:30 se pehle khaana kha lo raat ka, aur uske baad kam se kam aath ghante zaroor so.” (Wake up early and go to bed early too. Have dinner before 6:30 and get eight hours of sleep.)

Akshay went on to explain that humans need eight hours of quality sleep every night. The actor added that back in school, our parents would ensure we go to bed on time and wake up early.

He added, “Phir pata nahi kya hota hai, hum jawan ho jaate hain. Phir hum bewakoofo waali harkate karna shuru kar dete hain. Phir hum uss aadat ko bhool jaate hain. Phir hum sochte hain hum bohot bade ho gaye hain, hum bohot gyaani ho gaye hain. Aur unn sab cheezon ko chhod dete hain. Phir aahiste aahiste tond nikal aati hai.” (Then we grow up, adopt unhealthy habits and let go of good habits. We think we know better as we have grown up. But slowly, we start gaining belly fat.)

About ‘Sky Force’ movie

Akshay Kumar’s upcoming action movie,Sky Force is slated to release on January 24, 2025. Apart from Akshay, the film also stars Veer Pahariya who will be debuting in Bollywood with this movie. Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur are also part of Sky Force’s cast.

The movie is about India’s retaliatory attack on the Sargodha airbase of Pakistan in the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965. The event marked India’s first ever airstrike.
