Eight Advisory hires Nick Edwards as director of strategy and operations

Independent consulting firm Eight Advisory has appointed a new strategy and operations. Nick Edwards takes on the role, specialising in transactions, restructuring, and transformation.

Adam Bradley, Strategy & Operations Partner at Eight Advisory UK, said, “I am delighted to work again with Nick who brings extensive international experience working side by side with clients in complex turnaround and performance improvement situations. Eight Advisory continues to build our European turnaround and operational restructuring capability. Eight Advisory is an independent consulting firm specialises in transactions, restructuring and transformation. Late in 2024, the firm had also bolstered this line of specialism with the appointment of Adam Bradley himself.

Before joining Eight Advisory as a director, Nick Edwards had worked as an operational turnaround consultant for over 15 years for the leading global turnaround consultancies. Additionally, he worked in private equity for a German turnaround investor, as part of its operations team. He has experience across a variety of industries, in five continents, working on-site supporting clients with business planning, rapid EBITDA enhancement, cash flow management, post-merger integration, divestments and other ad-hoc projects solving urgent, complex problems for clients where they lack the capacity and/or experience to do it themselves.
