Ideas & Opinions — Alyson Good: Join us in the Music in the Mountains Choral | Community

My partner and I are in our second year of singing with the MIM Choral. It has been a true pleasure to be part of this talented group of musicians. We both have had previous choral experience to returning to this exercise has been so much fun for so many reasons. This community of familiar faces that we have known for years, participating in a group effort of producing beautiful music, the exposure to the fine art of music and the true talent that we are participating in, well, it’s an honor to be included.

The joy that our conductors and coaches meet us all with weekly is inspiring. Ryan Murray is a treasured talent and has given so much to the program and now we have been gifted to work with Ariel May who is an amazing voice and talent and inspires us to grow and develop our collective sound even more. We are growing again and have the welcoming opportunity for others to join and raise our voices together in support of this wonderful organization that gives to our community in so many ways.

Choral auditions will be held Monday, Jan. 27, — please reach out to the office for a time slot — and this is really an opportunity to meet us and hear your beautiful voice and be a part of something special that will bring so much joy to so many. It really is so much fun and good for all!
