The Louis Vuitton Tambour Convergence represents a milestone in the Maison’s watchmaking legacy, offering a sophisticated blend of artistry and technical innovation. This collection introduces two models in pink gold and platinum, both featuring the distinctive dragging indication of hours and minutes via two rotating discs, marked by a lozenge crafted from precious metal. Inspired by the interplay of natural phenomena and architectural elements from the Louis Vuitton family home, the design integrates seamlessly with the technical prowess of La Fabrique du Temps, La Fabrique des Boîtiers and La Fabrique des Arts. Encased within a 37mm shell, the watch showcases an in-house automatic Calibre LFT MA01.01 movement — a debut achievement for Louis Vuitton’s horological atelier — ensuring both precision and elegance.
A hallmark of the Tambour Convergence is its meticulous craftsmanship. The platinum edition dazzles with 795 snow-set diamonds that create a surface of brilliance, complemented by a saffron sapphire on the open case back. Conversely, the pink gold model emphasizes a more personal connection with its polished finish that will develop a unique patina over time. Both models feature satin-brushed brass discs with galvanic treatments and impeccably printed blue numerals, encapsulating modern design ideals while paying homage to classic watchmaking aesthetics. From its sandblasted lugs to its sapphire crystal’s metalized edges, every detail has been refined to balance artistry and technicality, making the Tambour Convergence a timeless addition to Louis Vuitton’s horological portfolio.

The Tambour Taiko Spin Time aims to mark a new chapter for Louis Vuitton’s signature jumping hours complication, an innovation first introduced in 2009. This avant-garde collection reimagines the Spin Time concept with six limited-edition models featuring two case sizes, 39.5mm and 42.5mm, crafted in 18k white gold. The mechanism employs three-dimensional cubes to display the hours, with the current hour highlighted by a contrasting light grey cube. The dials — dressed in a refined dolphin grey hue and complemented by hawk’s eye elements — exemplify Louis Vuitton’s meticulous attention to color and texture. The case design builds upon the sleek Tambour silhouette from 2023, introducing integrated lugs and a domed case back for a modern yet ergonomic profile.
The collection’s standout model, the Tambour Taiko Spin Time Air, creates a “floating” effect with its cubes seemingly suspended within the case, achieved through advanced engineering of the LFT ST13.01 movement. The jewelled edition elevates the aesthetic with over 1,000 diamonds and a hawk’s eye chapter ring. Meanwhile, the Tambour Taiko Spin Time Air Antipode revolutionizes the worldtime display by combining the jumping hour mechanism with a novel dual-time zone feature, offering an intuitive way to track time globally. At the pinnacle of the collection is the Tambour Taiko Spin Time Air Tourbillon, merging the iconic Spin Time cubes with a mesmerizing flying tourbillon, a testament to the Maison’s dedication to innovation and craftsmanship.
