Sikkim Celebrates 76th Republic Day With Inauguration Of New Computer Class

Sikkim, January 26: Sikkim marked its 76th Republic Day celebrations with a significant initiative in education and skill development. Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay joined Governor Om Prakash Mathur in inaugurating a new computer class at Raj Bhavan, as part of the “Sabai Padhao, Sabai Badhao” campaign.

The event also featured the “At Home” Programme at Raj Bhavan, which showcased Sikkim’s rich cultural heritage through captivating performances. The programme paid tribute to India’s freedom fighters and brave martyrs, highlighting the spirit of sacrifice and patriotism.

The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the Governor for his dedication to the progress of Sikkim and his efforts to promote education, skill development, and cultural unity across the state.
