Sheridan County HS Basketball: All 4 Sheridan County High School Basketball teams will play their home finales this weekend.
Sheridan will host Campbell County and on the boys side it’s a first place battle in the 4A East, while the girls will play it out for 3rd.
Tip time is scheduled for 5:30pm and 7pm.

Tongue River hosts Moorcroft today for their last home game of the season, also starting at 5:30pm.
Tomorrow the Eagles and Lady Eagles conclude their regular season at Sundance.
Big Horn will have their senior night today vs. Wright, also at 5:30pm.
The Rams and Lady Rams also play tomorrow at Greybull.
Arvada-Clearmont has a pair of home games this weekend.
The Panthers and Lady Panthers will entertain Kaycee today starting at 3pm and host Midwest tomorrow beginning at 2:30pm.
Sheridan County HS Wrestling: This weekend is the regional tournaments.
The Sheridan boys will be at the 4A East meet at Cheyenne East, while the Tongue River boys will be at the 2A East meet at Lingle-Ft. Laramie.
The girls east regional wrestling meet is both today and tomorrow at Cheyenne South.
Sheridan HS Boys Swimming: The 4A State Meet is today and tomorrow at Gillette.
The preliminary round starts at 3:30pm today and at 10am tomorrow.
Sheridan placed 4th at last year’s state meet.
Also last year, Bronc Junior Ben Forsythe won both the 50 yard freestyle and the 100 yard breaststroke races.
He will try to become a 2-time champ in both of those events.
Sheridan County HS Indoor Track and Field: Competition resumes today and tomorrow at the Simplot Games in Pocatello, Idaho on the campus of Idaho State University.
Events are scheduled to begin at 8:30am both days.
Sheridan Hawks Junior Hockey: The Sheridan Hawks play a 2-game series today and tomorrow at Cody.
The puck drops both nights at 7:05pm.
The team returns home next weekend to play defending champ Helena.
Sheridan Lady Hawks Amateur Hockey: The Sheridan Lady Hawks will conclude their regular season tomorrow and Sunday at Cheyenne.
Start times are at 4:45pm tomorrow and at 9am Sunday.
The Lady Hawks only need to win 1 of 2 games to secure the #1 seed for the state tournament which starts in 2 weeks.
University of Wyoming Football: The Mountain West Conference has released the conference schedule, including dates for the upcoming 2025 season.
The Wyoming Cowboys will play their first conference game on October 5th after an off week at home vs. UNLV.
That game will be followed by another home game vs. San Jose State, then the Pokes will travel to Air Force.
The Border War vs. Colorado State will be played in Laramie on October 25th, then the Brown and Gold will play 3 of their last 4 conference games on the road.
That stretch starts at San Diego State, another off week, at Fresno State, home vs. Nevada and then the schedule will conclude on November 29th at Hawaii.
New Mexico, Boise State and Utah State are not on this year’s schedule.
As for the non-conference games, UW will start the season on Thursday, August 28th at Akron, then play a pair of home games vs. Northern Iowa and Utah.
On September 20th, the team will travel to Boulder, to play the Colorado Buffalos.
University of Wyoming Basketball: The Wyoming Cowboys play at home tomorrow vs. San Jose State.
Tip off is scheduled for 2pm and you can hear the game LIVE on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.
The Wyoming Cowgirls play tomorrow at Nevada.
That game is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm and you can hear it LIVE on Fox Sports 106.3 FM.
Denver Nuggets Basketball: The Denver Nuggets won last night at home vs. Charlotte 129-115.
The Nuggets next play tomorrow at home vs. the LA Lakers.
Colorado Rockies Pre-Season Baseball: The Colorado Rockies will take to the field for the first time today at Arizona.
First pitch is scheduled for 1:10pm.
Tomorrow the Rocks host the Diamondbacks beginning at 1:10pm.
Sunday is a split-squad day as half of the team will play at the Athletics, starting at 1:05pm and the other half will play at home vs. Milwaukee beginning at 1:10pm.
