55 Student-Athletes at Eastern Florida State College Named to NJCAA All-Academic Teams

Student-athletes are eligible to earn academic honors by achieving an overall GPA of 3.60+

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — Eastern Florida State College had 55 student-athletes named to the NJCAA Division I 2024-25 All-Academic Teams, recognizing student-athletes across the country.

A total of 13,915 student-athletes have been honored for achieving a GPA above 3.60. Student-athletes are eligible to earn academic honors by achieving an overall GPA of 3.60 or higher for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Titans had five players make the first team, finishing with a 4.0 grade point average.

Women’s volleyball players Libby Ashline and Mariana Lopes as well as softball player Martha Jones, baseball pitcher Kenneth Robinson and women’s soccer player Reese Ura all made the first team.

The second team consisted of student-athletes with a GPA of 3.80 and 3.99. The Titans had 19 make the second team.

Women’s golfers Brittany Odic, Emma Parker, Mila Tang and Cayden Challacombe, women’s volleyball players Camila Canedo, Sarah Henault and Sophia Iglesias, men’s soccer players Luc Achermann-Stanfield, Zak Ford and Daiki Okada, baseball players Bryce Carter, Owen Simmons and Bo Tabola, men’s golfer Andrew Bell, men’s basketball player Nate King, men’s cross country runner Brandon Faris, women’s soccer player Sydney Aldeghi, women’s basketball player Amanda Baumgarte and women’s cross country runner Isabella Narvaez.

The third team consisted of student-athletes with a GPA of 3.60 and 3.79. The Titans had 31 make the third team.

Softball players Jessica Camacho, Ashley Grieser, Cora Middleton, Avery Velazquez, Madison Velazquez and Luci Walters, baseball players Ashton Fernandez, Jacob Goodman, Parker Towbridge and Houston Wills, men’s soccer players Mateo Galan, Randie Hernandez, Aidan McAteer, Angelo Lamb and Louis Munn, women’s soccer players Mia Castillo, Pahris Cotterell, Jessica Reis and Victoria Varona, women’s basketball players E’Zaria Adams, Ashleigh Battle and Karen Nimo, men’s tennis players Tomas Cardozo and Konstantin Kukaras, women’s volleyball players Dominae Jordan and Hailey Mull, women’s tennis players Sara Ladino and Laura Yans, men’s basketball player Ernests Locmelis, women’s cross country runner Amelia Shepard and women’s golfer Jenna Barnett.

It is the fourth straight season the Titans have had over 50 student-athletes were named to the NJCAA Division I All-Academic Team.
