Jaypore launches new Delhi store at Greater Kailash

Craft focused fashion and lifestyle business Jaypore has launched a new store in New Delhi’s Greater Kailash neighbourhood at GK 1 N- Block. The spacious brick-and-mortar outlet launched with Jaypore’s latest clothing, jewellery, accessories, and home collections and is designed to promote India’s artisanal heritage.

“Born from the hands of master craftsmen, shaped by the whispers of time and woven with the threads of legacy- crafts of India are waiting for you at our new home in Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi,” announced the business on Facebook, sharing images of the new space. “Here, every piece carries the echo of a Karigar’s touch and every creation is a bridge between the past and the future. Come experience the stories of devotion and timeless artistry. Feel the soul of India and be a part of a living legacy.”

The store has a warm hued interior and has dedicated segments for clothing, jewellery, accessories, and homeware items. Men’s and women’s ethnic wear including kurtas, sarees, and waistcoats, hangs on golden rails throughout the store and the cream hued jewellery area presents statement necklaces, rings, bracelets, and sets in illuminated cabinets.

The store also has a strong focus on sharing knowledge about handicrafts in India. Different embroidery art pieces hang on the walls including Rabari embroidery and Suzani embroidery, highlighting Jaypore’s ties to craft clusters across the country.

Jaypore also recently launched new clothing collection ‘Kalini’ which uses Kala cotton to create minimalist, loose fusion style sets, according to its website. The brand retails from stores across India as well as its direct to customer e-commerce store.
