Force Science experts to present at 2025 National LEO Hall of Fame induction ceremony | Law Enforcement Today

TOLEDO, OH – The National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame is thrilled to announce that Von Kliem and Nicole Florisi, nationally acclaimed and highly sought-after experts from Force Science, will present “Positive Impacts in Policing” on the morning of the National Law Enforcement Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, April 11, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas.

Open to police officers and their families, this engaging session provides a rare opportunity to learn from experts involved in some of the most high-profile cases in the U.S. and internationally.

Von and Nicole will share how their litigation consulting and law enforcement training relies on high-quality research to set the standard for expert decision-making, improving performance, and achieving honest accountability in public safety. They will discuss the critical role of human performance factors and limitations, offering a deeper understanding of how these elements contribute to successful outcomes for officers, agencies, and court cases.

Attendees will also hear about the positive outcomes achieved in cases where these strategies have been applied, demonstrating the real-world benefits of prioritizing fairness, sound decision-making, and accountability.

As a special feature, the event includes access to the VirTra simulator, allowing attendees to experience the split-second decisions officers face during critical incidents. This immersive opportunity provides a powerful perspective on the realities of human performance in high-stress scenarios.

Officers intending to submit this class for continuing education will be provided the necessary supporting documents for their states.

Don’t miss this chance to learn from two of the most respected voices in the field. This session celebrates law enforcement excellence, showcases lessons learned from high-profile cases, and provides actionable insights to improve outcomes across the profession.
