Netweb Technologies receives Rs 5.94 crore PLI incentive under IT Hardware Scheme 2.0
Netweb Technologies India Ltd has announced that it has received a Production Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹5,93,97,758 under the Government of India’s PLI Scheme 2.0 for IT Hardware, for the period July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
The incentive, awarded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), acknowledges Netweb’s significant contribution to India’s high-performance computing ecosystem. The company’s in-house capabilities in design, surface-mount technology (SMT), and production of cutting-edge enterprise-grade IT hardware have aligned well with the government’s vision of an ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ (Self-Reliant India).
Chairman and MD Mr. Sanjay Lodha expressed gratitude for the recognition, saying, “We are honoured to receive this incentive, which reinforces our dedication to high-quality IT hardware manufacturing in India. The success of the PLI scheme has been instrumental in boosting domestic production and employment. We remain committed to supporting the ‘Make in India’ initiative.”
