The couple were on a weekend away with their kids when the incident happened.
Police in the North are still investigating the alleged voyeuristic filming of Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin.
This incident relates to footage allegedly captured from outside a beachfront holiday home in Rostrevor, Co Down, that McGregor and family were staying in last November.
According to the Irish Independent, the MMA fighter told police in the North that he became aware of the footage when his sister told him it was circulating online.
He also informed officers he had not given anyone permission to film him or his family.
The couple were on a weekend away in Rostrevor with their kids when the incident happened.
The PSNI confirmed to the paper yesterday, to interviewing a 20 year old Co Down man in relation to the footage, back in January.
