The Tennessee Titans continue to churn the back end of the roster, releasing two more players on Friday with the designation of non-football injuries.
One of those players was veteran defensive back Justin Hardee, who was re-signed on April 1 to be a key special teams player. Hardee joined the team in mid-season last year and helped to stabilize some woeful coverage teams for Tennessee, playing in nine games.
The Titans also booted defensive end Khalid Duke, who spent last most of season on the practice squad. He managed to get into two games for the Titans. Duke also had a designation of a non-football injury.
The Titans off-season program is scheduled to begin next week.
