Trivium Debut “Dying In Your Arms” Music Video 20 Years Later

Good things never come soon enough. Trivium has officially debuted the music video for their song “Dying In Your Arms.” If that sounds familiar to you, like it’s lived somewhere in the back of your mind for years, you’re not wrong. The track originally came off the band’s 2005 album Ascendancy, but they’re just releasing the music video for it now. You can watch the previously unreleased visuals below, along with a clip of the band reflecting on it.

Frontman Matt Heafy had this to say:

“We did a video for ‘Dying In Your Arms’ about 20 years ago, and the video ended up so bad that our manager said, ‘we need to pull this video or your band…’ Someone said you should pull this video, because this video is not good. But now, 20 years later, we’re like, ‘We should watch this. We should show everyone what this is and see how we feel about it.’ Because I haven’t seen this video in 20 years.”
