The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Plot No. 6,7, 8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, Manesar, Haryana, India, 122050, has given their approval for change of name of the Company from “A.K. SPINTEX LIMITED” to “SUNRAKSHAKK INDUSTRIES INDIA LIMITED” and issued fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name of the Company dated April 25, 2025 from Ministry of Corporate affairs.

With this, new name of the Company is “SUNRAKSHAKK INDUSTRIES INDIA LIMITED”.

Shares of A.K. Spintex Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 931.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 935.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2939 in over 49 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 949.00 and intraday low of 921.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2737014.00.
