Delhi Traffic Advisory: Major Diversions In Central Delhi On May 3 From 9 AM To 10.15 AM

Delhi Traffic Advisory: Commuters are expected to face significant traffic disruptions on selected routes in Central Delhi on Saturday morning. Restrictions on vehicular movements and road diversions will be in place due to exigent circumstances. Delhi Traffic Police has released an advisory and informed about the diversions through a post on X. 

Traffic Diversion Points

According to the advisory, the vehicular movement will be restricted on key routes in Central Delhi from 9 am to 10.15 am on 3rd May. The affected roads include JLN Marg, Netaji Subhash Marg, DDU Marg, and Mahatma Gandhi Marg from Shantivan towards the IP Flyover. The other roads where diversion will be implemented are BSZ Marg from W Point, and A Point up to Delhi Gate.

Key Instructions

During this period, commuters are advised to use alternative roads for a hassle-free journey and plan their travel accordingly. The above-mentioned restrictions have been implemented to manage vehicular flow and ensure public safety. Meanwhile, commuters must note that “Parking will only be allowed in designated areas.”

Disruptions On Outer Connaught Circle And More

In yet another advisory, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic alert on several key roads. The affected routes are Outer Connaught Circle, Minto Road, and under the Minto Bridge. The diversions are in place due to ongoing work being carried out by the civic agency. Commuters are advised to plan their journey accordingly.
