Maharatna PSU GAIL India declares date to announce Q4 results 2025, final dividend for FY25
GAIL India Q4 Update: GAIL India announced on Tuesday, May 6, that the company will hold its board meeting next week to declare its January to March quarter results for the 2024-25 fiscal year. The Maharatna PSU will declare its fourth quarter results on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, according to an exchange filing.
According to the filing on exchanges, the board of directors will also consider recommending a final dividend for the fiscal year ended 2024-25 (FY25), along with its fourth quarter results.
“It is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 13th May, 2025 to inter-alia, consider the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and FY ended 31st March, 2025 and also to consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for FY 2024-25,” said GAIL India in the BSE filing.
The upcoming final dividend issue will potentially be the second dividend in the financial year 2024-25. The PSU giant announced a dividend of ₹6.5 per share along with its October to December quarter results on February 7, 2025.
According to the exchange filing, the trading window for the stock will remain shut till May 15, 2025, i.e. after 48 hours of the results announcement on May 13.
GAIL India Share Price
GAIL India shares were trading 3.14 per cent lower at ₹185.30 during the afternoon session in the Indian stock market on Tuesday, May 6, compared to ₹191.30 at the previous market close.
The Maharatna PSU shares have given the stock market investors more than 200 per cent returns on their investments in the last five years. However, the stock has lost over 5 per cent in the last one-year period.
The shares are down 2.5 per cent year-to-date (YTD), while GAIL India stock has gained more than 10 per cent in the last month.
The Maharatna PSU shares hit their 52-week high levels at ₹246.35 on July 31, 2024, while the 52-week low levels stood at ₹150.60 on March 4, 2025, according to the data collected from BSE.
The gas transmission and marketing PSU’s market capitalisation (m-Cap) was at ₹1,22,559.86 crore as of May 6, 2025.
