These are not mere words, but a commitment to documenting the proud legacy of Kuwait — the “Bride of the Gulf.” Writing history is not merely the act of narration; it is the preservation of achievements and milestones that echo through time. It is through the deeds of a nation that history takes shape, and today, Kuwait’s record of progress and development stands as a testament to the resilience and ambition of its people. From the conclusion of one chapter to the beginning of another, Kuwait embarks on a future guided by a clear message — set forth by the wise leadership of the Al-Sabah family — that this land shall remain a beacon of compassion, peace and service to humanity.

On the morning of Saturday, May 10, 2025, the world bore witness to yet another significant milestone: the unanimous adoption of Kuwait’s fourth National Human Rights Report by the United Nations. The report earned high praise from the UN General Secretariat, which commended Kuwait’s genuine efforts to enhance and strengthen its human rights framework in accordance with global standards. This achievement is a reflection of the country’s unwavering dedication to upholding human dignity and justice.

As the bells of history ring across the international sky in the name of Kuwait, the spotlight also shines on one of the nation’s distinguished daughters — Sheikha Ambassador Jawaher Ibrahim Al-Duaij Al-Sabah. She represents the honorable image of the Kuwaiti woman: capable, compassionate, and committed to meaningful change. A prominent diplomat and humanitarian, Sheikha Jawaher continues to carry the mantle of leadership in addressing critical humanitarian issues, both locally and globally.

In fulfilling her duties, Sheikha Jawaher follows the directives of Kuwait’s wise leadership, led by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, whose vision remains firmly rooted in serving humanity and strengthening Kuwait’s role as a centre of compassion and cooperation.
