Stocks To Watch On May 16: Indian benchmark indices extended gains for the second consecutive session on Thursday, staging a strong recovery from intraday lows. The rally was led by index heavyweights such as Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank, along with robust support from the auto and IT sectors. The BSE Sensex surged 1,200.18 points, or 1.5%, to close at 82,530.74. Meanwhile, the Nifty 50 rose 395.20 points, or 1.6%, to end the day at 25,062.10.
