Gallatin’s First Friday returns June 6 with music, food, and family fun

Gallatin’s summer season will kick off with the return of its monthly community celebration, “First Fridays,” scheduled for June 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. on the town square. The event, organized by Friends of Gallatin, promises an evening of live entertainment, food, games, and interactive activities suitable for all ages.

Live music will be provided by Mix-ol-ogy, a local band known for energizing performances that span multiple genres. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to enjoy the performance and participate in the event’s “Summer Bash,” which includes a variety of games and family-friendly fun.

First Fridays serve as a recurring opportunity for residents and visitors to connect while supporting the local economy and enhancing community spirit. Organizers hope the festive atmosphere and inclusive programming will encourage families to return month after month throughout the summer.
