Sealdah-New Delhi Amrit Bharat Express: Indian Railways has started a new train called the Amrit Bharat Express between Sealdah and New Delhi. These new trains are helping people travel better between cities. They are fast, cheap, and comfortable. Many people also call them the non-AC version of high-speed trains like the Vande Bharat Express. Sealdah-New Delhi Amrit Bharat Express: Train Route, Speed, and Timings
The Sealdah to Delhi Amrit Bharat train runs for about 1,454 kilometers and takes almost 19 hours to finish the journey. The train goes two times a week. It leaves Sealdah at 1:30 PM on Mondays and Thursdays and reaches New Delhi at around 8 AM the next day. On the way back, the train starts from Delhi at 3 PM on Wednesdays and Saturdays and reaches Sealdah by 10 AM. The train numbers are 22325 and 22326. It uses special LHB push-pull coaches that make the ride more stable and safer, even at higher speeds.

The top speed of the train is 130 km/h, but because of stops, it usually runs at about 50 km/h. Even though it does not have air conditioning, the train is made to be comfy for long trips.
Ticket Price and Features Inside the Train
The train has two kinds of coaches: Sleeper Class and General Class. A Sleeper Class ticket costs around ₹700, and a General Class ticket is less than ₹600. The coaches are simple but well-designed. They have things like mobile charging points, bio-toilets, LED lights, and better air flow for comfort.
This train gives people an option between costly luxury trains and crowded normal trains. It’s a good mix of time-saving travel and money-saving fares. The Sealdah-Delhi Amrit Bharat is becoming a popular choice for many long-distance travelers.
