Bijender Vats, HR Head – India & South West Asia, FMC Corporation FMC Corporation has appointed Bijender Vats as HR Head – India & South West Asia.

Before joining FMC Corporation, Vats was Group Chief Human Resources Officer, heading Global HR & Administration, at Crystal Crop Protection.
Previously, he worked at MSD for more than 17 years, most recently as Director – HR and DE&I Lead, India Region.
He has also worked at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Regional Manager, and at Novartis as Area Manager. He began his career at Cipla in 1997 as Marketing Executive.
Vats holds an MBA in HR from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
