Minda Corporation Limited, the flagship company of the Spark Minda Group, has appointed Ajay Agarwal as President – Finance & Strategy. The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s financial planning and strategic direction.

Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 24 years of experience across multiple industries. He previously served as President – Finance and Strategy at Vedanta Limited, where he was involved in key financial operations and strategic initiatives. His professional background also includes leadership positions at KPMG and PwC.

Responsibilities in new role

In his new role at Minda Corporation, Agarwal will be responsible for formulating strategies and developing organisational structures to support business growth. His scope of work will cover financial functions, including corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investor relations and other strategic initiatives.
