Ileana D’Cruz revealed that she was offered but could not be a part of Raid 2 because her priorities changed. The actress had turned a mother when the script came her way, and despite her wanting to return to the role, she had to turn it down over her motherly instinct.

During her Q&A session on Instagram, Ileana praised Vaani Kapoor but solely on the basis of promos she came across. The actress indirectly admitted that she has not been able to watch the movie but did find the chemistry in the promos she came across.

Raj Kumar Gupta-Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 became a Box Office hit and the storyline has piqued everyone’s interest. Ajay Devgn’s Amay Patnaik went against Dada Bhai (Riteish Deshmukh) at his own cost, thus leaving a hookpoint every minute as the film progressed. The peak story was when Dada Bhai was going to jail and he met the original antagonist Tauji (Saurabh Shukla from Raid 1) and they shook hands. This has got people speculating that there would be a third installment, and that would be interesting to watch.
