Expanding its footprint in urban areas and encashing the growing demand and aspiration for branded residences, UAE-backed Emaar India has launched its first premium high-rise residential project in Lucknow—Elite Oasis. With an investment of ₹400 crore, the company expects to generate a revenue of ₹650 crore.
Located in the upscale Gomti Nagar Extension area, the project marks Emaar’s maiden foray into the high-rise segment in the city and promises to redefine urban living with world-class infrastructure and amenities.
The development will be among Lucknow’s tallest residential towers, rising 36 floors (Ground + 35), and is designed to offer panoramic views of Gomti Greens and the Gomti River. Spread across 2.923 acres (11,827 sq. mtrs), Elite Oasis blends contemporary design with luxury, sustainability, and accessibility.
Targeting discerning homebuyers, the project offers 3BHK + Utility and 4BHK + Utility apartments, with prices ranging from ₹2.75 crore to ₹4.15 crore. The residences feature deck-style balconies, imported marble flooring, glass railings, shower partitions, and modular kitchens equipped with white goods, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Situated 17.7 km from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, the project offers excellent connectivity. It is within proximity to Gomti Nagar railway station (10.2 km), top-tier hospitals.
The allotment process will follow a first-come, first-served format through a token-based application system, ensuring transparency and fairness.
