  • You must work remotely—either as an employee of a company outside Spain or as a self-employed professional with foreign clients.
  • No more than 20% of your total income should come from Spanish sources.
  • You must hold a university degree or have 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • You must show proof of income (approx. ₹2.76 lakh/month or more) and financial stability.
  • A private health insurance valid in Spain is required.
  • You need to be clean on paper—meaning a police clearance certificate (PCC) is essential.

  • PCC from Indian authorities
