Kotak Mahindra Bank launches invite-only Solitaire Credit Card for affluent customers
Kotak Mahindra Bank has unveiled the Solitaire Credit Card, an exclusive, invite-only card for high-value customers under its new Solitaire banking program.
The Solitaire Credit Card offers high credit limits and comes with no annual fees for Solitaire members. Cardholders get unlimited lounge access for themselves, add-on cardholders, and guests. The card gives 10% Airmiles on travel spends made via Kotak Unbox and 3% on other eligible spends.
Users can earn up to ₹1 lakh worth of Airmiles per statement cycle on accelerated categories.
Other features include zero forex markup and a fuel surcharge waiver on transactions up to ₹7,500. Airmiles can be redeemed for flights, hotels, or transferred to popular airline and hotel loyalty programs.
“This card doesn’t just reward you—it respects your journey,” said Frederick Dsouza, Business Head – Credit Cards, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The Solitaire Credit Card is part of Kotak’s new Solitaire program, which targets India’s growing affluent segment. The program is invite-only and considers a customer’s total relationship value across deposits, loans, insurance, investments, and demat holdings.
Solitaire members get pre-approved credit lines of up to ₹8 crore across home loans, personal loans, and credit cards. The program includes family-first banking with shared limits and segment-specific solutions for professionals and entrepreneurs. Dedicated relationship managers will handle all service needs.
“Solitaire is our response to affluent customers who feel underserved by traditional banking,” said Rohit Bhasin, President and Head of Affluent, NRI, and Business Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Kotak says Solitaire aims to offer recognition, personalised service, and an integrated banking experience for India’s top families. Membership is by invitation only, based on total relationship value and engagement.
