The Athletic’s college sports survey: What do fans want?

College sports, football in particular, have been transformed. For good and for ill, an extended season of change over the past two decades has reshaped the industry — competitively, geographically, financially. Much of it has been decided behind closed doors, in court rooms and conference rooms, with the bottom line leading the way.

So as the battles continue over the College Football Playoff format, NCAA Tournament expansion, the House settlement and conference schedules amid a litany of legal and political landmines, we thought we’d ask you, the people who love college sports, what you think.
