Petrol, Diesel Price Today 10 September 2024: Oil prices continued to be stable in early morning trade on Tuesday as investors considered the impact on the supply because of Tropical storm Francine. However, there is also an expectation that there will be more production cuts, as per a Reuters report. A balance was created because of lesser demand from China. Brent crude futures rose by 16 cents or $72.00 per barrel while US West Texas Intermediate crude futures were up by 12 cents or $68.83 per barrel. Forecast for WTI crude oil prices

According to Mohammed Imran – Research Analyst, Sharekhan by BNP Paribas, ”WTI crude oil prices rebounded a percent up at $68.650 on Monday during mid-European hours, the bounce was in part a reaction to a potential hurricane in the U.S. Gulf Coast. Last week Brent had dropped 10% on the week to the lowest level since December 2021, while WTI fell 8% to its lowest close since June 2023 on weak jobs data in the U.S. The oil prices have been hammered by growing worries of economic slowdown in two of the leading energy-consuming nations like US and China, accounting for 38% of global demand.”
