Louis Vuitton Just Unveiled The Express Handbag
Louis Vuitton has just introduced a new instant icon and the absolute must-have bag for the fall season – meet the Express handbag. Debuting as part of the House’s Fall/Winter 2025-2026 collection, Artistic Director of Women’s Collection, Nicolas Ghesquière, sets out to celebrate the brand’s dear art of travel, railway wanderings, and train platforms where they focus on the sentiment of departing strangers, fleeting lovers, and the idea of eternal unknowns crossing path.

The Express serves as a symbol of the rise of transportation that blends adventure and wonder – a new chapter for how the House crafts luggage to be sophisticated, feminine, and functional. This chic new signature joins the family of soft bags.

The name ‘Express’ was actually the original name of the legendary 1930s Speedy Bag. The new Express handbag also nods to the House’s iconic Keepall with its malleable, soft construction and body, combining refinement with versatility. An intuitive blend of elegance, functionality, and excellence, Express is designed in grained leather and velvet calfskin, enhancing the timelessness of its shape.
Each model highlights Louis Vuitton’s signature codes, such as Monogram Canvas on the handles and key bell, the gold-tone padlock securing the double-zip closure, and Monogram jacquard lining. With a variety of handles and an elevated double strap, the bag allows for multiple ways to wear it, either in the hand, on the elbow, over the shoulder, or across the body. The Express bag comes in three sizes and a palette of chic, feminine colours including Black, Hazelnut, Mahogany, Taupe, and a two-tone Ivory and Olympe Blue.
