Completion is set for 12 September, with the brands to initially operate under a co-branded identity before transitioning fully to Jellis Craig.
The Albert Park office is led by directors Warwick Gardiner, Simon Gowling and Sam Hobbs, who will work alongside Chisholm & Gamon’s existing leadership.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be joining forces with the highly respected team at Chisholm & Gamon,” said Andrew McCann, CEO of Jellis Craig.
“The brand has always stood out as a top performer in the Bayside market, renowned for its exceptional customer service and forward-thinking approach, qualities that reflect our own values and commitment to excellence.”
Chisholm & Gamon managing director Torsten Kasper said the merger would enable stronger market outcomes.
“For Chisholm & Gamon, the decision to join Jellis Craig in a partnership is a deliberate step forward – the team’s commitment to technological innovation, connected network, strategic vision, and unparalleled reach in the premium market aligns perfectly with our own values.”
The merger forms part of Jellis Craig’s continued push to cement its foothold in key lifestyle and prestige corridors across metropolitan Melbourne.
It comes just a week after Jellis Craig Moonee Valley announced the acquisition of a popular family agency in Keilor East, delivering on its commitment to growth in key suburbs.
The Zoccali family, including Basil, Rosa and Pat Zoccali, will be joining Jellis Craig, with the network highlighting their community-focused approach and personalised service.
“This partnership ensures they will continue to provide their signature community-focused service to loyal clients, now backed by the strength and network of the Jellis Craig brand,” it said.
The Zoccali family said joining Jellis Craig allows them to improve their personalised services with market-leading resources and reach.
