‘K-Pax’ Makes Blu-ray Debut in October from Imprint Films

K-Pax will be released on Blu-ray for the first time on October 29 via Australia’s Imprint Films.

Limited to 1,500 copies, the 2001 sci-fi mystery costs $22.80.

Prot seems to be human but claims to be an alien from planet K-PAX. Although a psychiatrist doubts the alien’s claim, he quickly becomes fixated by Prot’s magical effect on his patients, friends and family.

Iain Softley (The Skeleton Key) directs from a script by Charles Leavitt (Warcraft), based on Gene Brewer‘s 1995 novel of the same name.

Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges star with Alfre Woodard and Mary McCormack. It features an early appearance by Aaron Paul.
