A massive event was held in Hyderabad for the promotions of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s upcoming movie War 2. Producer Naga Vamsi was also present at the event and he threw a big challenge to fans.

War 2 starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani is all set for the big release on August 14. The movie is helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra. Ahead of the big release, a massive event was held in Hyderabad for the promotions of the film. For the unversed, Jr NTR marks his Bollywood debut with this movie and there is a massive excitement among the fans to watch the magnum opus. It will witness a pan-India release. The Telugu dubbed version of the movie is being distributed by producer Naga Vamsi. At the event held in Hyderabad, the filmmaker made some comments that drew everyone’s attention.

Naga Vamsi says War 2 is introducing Hrithik Roshan to Tollywood
As Naga Vamsi took over the stage, he commented on the ambience and grandeur of the event. He said that it felt like Hrithik Roshan is being welcomed to Tollywood. He was quoted saying, “Looking at this electrifying ambience, it feels like we are not sending NTR to Bollywood, but welcoming Hrithik to Tollywood in a grand manner.” He then spoke about the film and said that War 2 is a ‘proper Telugu film’. He appreciated director Ayan Mukerji and added that he has portrayed Jr NTR ‘in a much better way than Tollywood directors to date,’ as reported by entertainment news portal Pinkvilla.

Naga Vamsi’s challenge to fans
Naga Vamsi then threw a challenge to the fans of Jr NTR. He stated that the responsibility to turn War 2 Telugu version a hit relies on the shoulders of fans. He said that Telugu version should earn more than Hindi version. He said, “We must show ten times the love we showed for Devara. The Telugu version must collect at least 1 rupee more than the Hindi version’s nett collection. This is your responsibility.” He assured the fans that War 2 won’t disappoint them and it is a quality film. Naga Vamsi’s statements have made it to headlines and has drawn a lot of attention.
